The database upgrade is complete. Maintenance mode has been removed and users can access the portal (from 4:10 pm AEST). The upgrade process took 2 hours and 10 minutes, slightly longer than the estimated 2 hours. We once again apologise for this delay but the system is now fully operational (and upgraded behind the scenes in many ways to maintain our excellent performance).
